Peter Gaynor
Peter is a Strategic and results-driven CFO with a proven track record in financial automation, M&A execution, and high-performing team leadership. Adept at driving operational efficiency through ERP and IT integration, with a strong focus on scalable finance transformation.
Passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes and support sustainable growth in dynamic business environments.
Peter has 12 years experience as a CFO of a European manufacturing group, spearheading the company’s financial strategy during a period of over 10x growth in revenue and EBITDA.
Rose Gaynor
Rose has 15 years' experience in accounting and finance roles, initially working in and managing a financial outsourcing company, and later moving to work in a large global multinational. Here Rose led financial integration & new system implementation projects before moving to the role of FP&A manager, managing the European team. In that capacity Rose worked closely with the European CEO in the delivery of transformation objectives.
